Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machining is a manufacturing process that authomatically shapes or forms metals or other materials into highprecise parts. This is done through the manipulation of raw materials by machine operated cutting tools.
Precision CNC Machining systems are equipped with a computer consisting of one or more micro-processors and storage units. CNC Machine utilize specialized software in conjunction with CAD/CAM software systems to instruct the tooling to execute the exact movement necessary to create the part.
Precision CNC Machining is a highly automated process that required very little attention from operators and only need to load materials and make any adjustments to the design parameter in order for a CNC machining operation to run unattended for a certain period of time.
